How to change Password on KS Pay?

Changing your password on KS Pay is an important step in maintaining the security of your account. Whether you want to update your password regularly for security reasons or you've forgotten your current one, this guide will walk you through the simple process of resetting it.

Step 1: Log In to Kalp Studio

• Open the Kalp Studio website and log in with your credentials.

• Select KS Pay from the provided applications, and click on "Explore Now"

Step 2: Go to the Main Dashboard

• Once logged in, you will see the main dashboard displaying a list of apps registered under your account. This dashboard includes information such as App ID, App Name, Email, Country, and options to enable or disable apps. The profile icon will be located at the top-right corner of the page.

Step 3: Access Your Profile

Click on your profile icon at the top-right corner of the dashboard. A dropdown menu will appear with options like ‘My Profile', 'My Company’, 'My Apps', and 'Logout, as highlighted in the screenshot below.

Step 4: Access Password Settings

• Under the 'Settings' section, look for the 'Password Settings' tab, as highlighted in the screenshot below, and click on it

• Click on "Change Password" to proceed to the password update page, as shown in the screenshot below.

Enter Old and New Passwords

On the Password Update page, you will see three fields:

• Old Password: Enter your current password.

• New Password: Enter the new password you want to set.

• Confirm New Password: Re-enter your new password for confirmation.

Once you've filled in all fields, click on the 'Update Password' button, as highlighted in the screenshot below.

Step 5: Update Password

• Once you've filled in all fields, click on the Update Password button.

Step 6: Confirmation Dialog

• A confirmation dialog will appear, informing you that changing your password will log you out of all devices.

• Click Confirm to complete the process.
